This post is going to be a little short tonight, but before we leave you, we would like to share something informative that we think will be helpful for our lifestyle change, and hopefully yours!! A week ago Jocelyn found Dr. Oz's 100 Weight Loss Tips. After much review we decided they would be very helpful in our life change. Our goal is to try implementing two tips from this great list at the beginning of every week. At the end of the week we will determine if the tips are feasible for lifelong adoption, and maybe you will get some fun little anecdotes :D And some of these tidbits we found out we are already doing! First off here's a link to the list in question. Dr. Oz's 100 Weight Loss Tips Then here's the two tips that we are going to try implementing this week:
- Foods with healthy fats such as olives, salmon and walnuts help you feel satisfied.
- Skipping meals can cause your body to go into a fat-storing starvation mode, making it harder to burn calories.
